Use an Electric Bread Maker to Create a Tasty Gluten Free Breads

Being allergic to wheat products will not restrict you from eating hearty slices of bread that are topped with your favorite condiments. After purchasing an electric bread maker, acquire some gluten-free bread recipes to create sweet and savory varieties. If you would like to add some texture to each loaf of bread, add dried fruit, nuts, and vegetables to the bread batter.

1. A Breadmaker Will Eliminate Overmixing

One of the attributes of gluten-free bread that can be discouraging is the dense texture that is often attributed to overmixing. With an electric breadmaker that possesses a setting for gluten-free varieties, you will only need to add the liquid and dry ingredients to the bread pan and the machine will do all of the work.

The gluten-free dough will be mixed briefly, before the baking stage. As long as you allow the yeast to sit at room temperature, before adding this component to the dough, you will be presented with a lightweight doughy loaf that will be easy to slice.

For a unique loaf that contains low-fat, healthy ingredients, add dried vegetable slices to the bread mixture.

For a fluffier loaf that resembles a variety that contains wheat as one of the main ingredients, add a splash of citrus soda or cola to the bread batter. The fizziness of the soda will create small air pockets, which will give a loaf a boost in height and create a more airy texture.
